Governing Values

The Governing Values definition is our mission statement. We believe in them so strongly that we've hung a framed copy next to the receptionist's desk at our office so that it's the first thing our clients see when they visit. We invite you to read through them to gain a better understanding of our dedication to you and your community.

PURPOSE STATEMENT

Northwest Community Management, through its people, is proud to provide service and support with high standards of professionalism and integrity to community associations. To accomplish this, we base our actions upon eight governing values:

We recognize that Northwest Community Management is only as good as its employees. It is the company’s commitment to cultivate a culture that encourages the personal and professional growth of all employees. Each employee, in turn commits to being responsible, professional, and conscientious toward the company, our clients, and each other.

We consider our employees, clients, and service providers as members of our team. We recognize that each has a unique contribution to make to our team effort through their commitment to the highest standards of service.
